Sometimes in this kind of meeting we endeavor to find the tools, techniques or sophisticated methods when it is usually sufficient to generate a good climate, have adequate space and launch a powerful tool to generate good conversations and good outcomes and learnings question .
6th of May: It is our second day of project meeting. All partners are in Bilbao. We have visited Spanish partners premises and we have shared our current programs, our strategies, etc.
We have spent the morning at Deusto University. Tontxu Campos (Innovation and entrepreneurship Manager) has guided us through the DEC ( Deusto Entrepreneurship Centre ) at Deusto University and has told us about their activities in the DEMOLA network, their support to entrepreneurs, in two main areas: with specific training and with space as an incubator. The real issue is to nurture the entrepreneurs they have and attract new ones form Deusto’s faculties or other universities.
Also we’ve taken part of an innovation lecture. Guillermo Dorronsoro Dean of Deusto Business School invited us to share Team Academy approach with their last years students.
In the afternoon we visited Team Academy Euskadi by Tecnalia. Javier Ruiz tell us about the last programs Tecnalia is working on. Since last year Lean approach is being introduced as a way of managing projects and departments. Also Tecnalia entrepreneurship programs have included the lean canvas and lean innovation approach together with the design thinking
